You are cordially invited to the workshop on Chinese instructional materials. This workshop is cosponsored by the Chinese Language Program in Pasadena City College and the Chinese Language Teachers' Association of Southern California. This event is scheduled from 1:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday, March 8, 2008.

The general assembly will be held in Room 333 of the C-building (C-333) at Pasadena City College. The address is 1570 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106.

The workshop addresses the issue of effectively using various Chinese language materials in the classroom. Two of the authors of Integrated Chinese, a series of widely adopted textbooks, Prof. Nyan-Ping Bi and Prof. Yue-hua Liu, will give a presentation on how to maximize the use of Integrated Chinese in your classroom.

In addition, LiveABC, a company that has introduced new interactive Chinese language learning materials, will also present their most updated products in the workshop.
